With God’s help, I found freedom from emotional binge eating—and now I help other women do the same.
For most of my life, I turned to food to cope with stress.
I bounced between strict plans, emotional eating, and chasing quick fixes, always looking to the world for relief instead of real peace.
I realized that if I wanted lasting change, I had to stop the binge eating and pursue freedom, God’s way.
So I created a realistic, grace-filled plan that broke the cycle of stress eating and brought peace and balance back into my day. The yo-yo dieting stopped, the overwhelm lifted, and my relationships, especially with Jesus, began to thrive.
